About Mind Body Life

Mind Body Life is a website designed specifically for college students, to address the unique mental health challenges they face while in school and to remove common barriers that prevent them from seeking or receiving care.

The goal of this site is to provide engaging and educational information that lowers the stigma around mental health by discussing the connection between mind, body, and life—and to promote access to local campus care and mental health services.

We address common mental health issues facing college students today and offer resources and information that connect students to local resources and FREE counseling for these areas of care.

The Path to Wellness

It’s impossible to achieve wellness overnight, and wellness is not a one-time event that lasts forever. Wellness is a journey that evolves over the course of one’s life, and each person’s path to wellness may look differently.

Additionally, wellness isn’t just one thing—it involves the whole person, not just the brain or the heart or the body. The most important thing to remember is that although the path to wellness takes time—and effort—the smallest of steps makes a difference.
