When to contact us? If you or someone you know:
- Needs a safe place to vent.
- Needs someone to help them problem-solve.
- Wants to schedule a FREE appointment with a licensed counselor.
- Wants tips for dealing with test anxiety.
- Is missing home or feeling lonely.
- Isn’t feeling or acting like their usual self.
- Hasn’t eaten or slept in awhile.
- Has a previous or current diagnosis and wants to see a professional about it.
- Are concerned about overall well-being.
- Is struggling in class or is stressed out.
- Is worried about harming themselves or others.
- Wants to talk to someone who will listen and not judge.
- Has been partying too hard, wants to cut back, but doesn’t know how.
- Is overwhelmed with school, family, work.
- Can’t focus; feels distracted or confused.
